Verdi’s stunning score on stage with Joburg Ballet at less 20% for our members...

The ballet is classic, timeless and elegant. That’s why we’re bringing you the opportunity to be front row at one of Joburg Ballet’s incredible performances this month and save 20% on tickets!

Fashioned on the tragic three-act opera by Guiseppe Verdi, La Traviata is the story of heroine Camille who sacrifices everything for the man she loves. This deeply moving performance is especially significant for Joburg Ballet, as it will be the last ballet in which the current prima ballerina Burnise Silvius performs. She will dance the tragic heroine, partnered by guest artist Juan Ledo from the Teatro Colon, Buenos Aires, in the role of Armand.

Running from 31 March to 9 April at Joburg Theatre, La Traviata is a celebration of the fine art of dance, and one not to be missed, with other renowned dancers performing during the season.

This age-old love story offers an incredible night out at the ballet for Edgars Club members, who save 20% off all full price tickets with Joburg Ballet!

Edgars Club is giving away 5 sets of double tickets worth R450 each for La Traviata, plus winners each receive a signed programme and pointe shoe! Enter here!
